This one is quick!
Throughout the pages of the worksheet you have been identifying things about yourself that are either desirable or undesirable. To help keep you organized and to reinforce your realizations, you will transfer them all to this one page. Have more than will fit on the one page? Simply make another copy and keep writing them down.
This exercise is intended to prepare you for the real fun, goal setting!
The purpose of identifying your desirables is to ensure that any plan you create is designed to intentionally maintain them in your life. The opposite holds true for the undesirables. Anything that you don’t care to keep in your life, needs to be eliminated and your plan needs to support that behavior.
By combing the dreams you outlined in Phase 5, the desirables you want to maintain in life, and undesirables you want to eliminate, you will have all the information you need to set goals that support an intentional life.
I’m so excited for you! See you for goal setting real soon.
