Woohoo! You are now ready to complete the last page of the My Life Journey Worksheet! Take a moment to celebrate your achievement. You have dug deep, learned a lot about yourself and who you will be in this life. Now, let’s get to work on creating your life journey!
Review pages 6 and 7. Think about what you are proud of in your life and what it will take to maintain all that’s good (your desirables). Remind yourself of what you want to change or improve in your life (your undesirables). Revisit yours dreams and think about what it is going to take to make them your reality.
With these thoughts at the forefront of your mind, start setting goals. At this point, don’t let yourself get tied up in the details. We’ll get to specifics in the “My Goals” worksheet. For now, just think big picture and list the outcomes you want to achieve.
Your goals will be an important tool as you set course to live an intentional life. Some of them you will want to achieve sooner than later. Divide them up based on how quickly you want to realize them. Focus on more urgent goals in the short term and less urgent goals in the long term.
Have fun with this exercise. Remember that you get to shape your future. 😉
Question: What goals have you made specifically to create an intentional life for yourself (your family)?
