If you haven’t already been exposed to the work of Tony Robbins, I suggest you pick up one of his books.  His methods may not be for everyone, but the points he is making are pretty powerful.  In his book “Notes from a Friend,” Tony presents an exercise he calls the “Ten Day Mental Challenge.”  I think it is awesome!

Suck It Up and Take A Step

Feeling lost? Do you have a plan, but it seems useless since you can’t seem to stick with it?  Overwhelmed and disappointed?  It happens, but when it does don’t beat yourself up . . . that gets you nowhere!  Instead, take a moment to remind yourself of your goals.  Then pick a goal and decide what the next step is to progress that goal.  Then just focus on that one thing.  When you get that item done, move to the next step and so on.
